The creation of our bar and restaurant has seen a large industrial space totally reimagined and transformed into a truly stunning, layered and conversation-worthy setting, that projects a feel of sophistication and elegance, whilst remaining comfortable, warm and inviting.

The meticulous attention to detail that has been invested into the formulation of this interior, is reflected in the experience we aim to provide for our social drinkers and restaurant diners alike.

The Dragon is the heart, and the foundation, of our Bespoke Inns pub group, and since reopening under our management, The Dragon has undergone extensive development and renovation, to become the area’s most popular destination for diners, drinkers, walkers and boaters alike, and is the central ‘hub’ of Bespoke Inns.

Overlooking the Trent and Mersey canal, The Dragon boasts a beautiful beer garden – fit with an all-weather dining area, as well as a 70-seater restaurant, snug, extensive bar area, beautiful conservatory and seven luxurious guest rooms.

The Boot is set in the historic village of Repton, and is renowned for its outstanding service and exceptional food which has earned it 2 AA Rosettes. Our brilliant Head Chef – Matt Allsopp takes great pride in his work and his team, so you will surely be in for a treat.

The Boot also offers a quaint, secluded beer garden, and 9 beautiful guest rooms – making it the perfect location for a mini-break or even a wedding venue.

Once known as ‘the Melbourne hotel’ – Harpurs is located in the beautiful Georgian market town – Melbourne. Harpurs gloats a stunning, recently refurbished upstairs restaurant, fit with an impressive pizza oven and a hidden roof terrace, making it perfect for every occasion.

We have a range of bespoke rooms including those at Victoria Mews in the cottages opposite our Harpurs restaurant. Located in the middle of the village, it provides the perfect place to stay whilst exploring this historic market town.

Harpurs is also the town’s most popular venue for drinkers on a weekend – with a large, comfortable bar area downstairs – serving craft ales, cocktails, a huge selection of wine, spirits and much more!
